Guest XI (the "Service") is operated by David Camasca, an individual doing business as Guest XI ("we," "us," "our"), based in New York. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Guest XI is a bulletin-board-style marketplace where clubs and coaches can post guest-player needs, and parents or players can browse those needs, express interest, and message the posting team directly. We provide the board and the messaging tools. We are not a party to any arrangement made between users, and we do not organize, supervise, insure, or guarantee any match, tryout, tournament, or guest-player placement.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account or submitting interest on behalf of a minor player, you represent that you are that player's parent or legal guardian and are authorized to act on their behalf. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Posting a guest-player need on the board is free for clubs and coaches, and always will be. Parents and players get a free trial period to browse listings, express interest, and message teams; after the trial, continued access to those features requires a paid annual subscription, currently $20/year, billed through Stripe.
Some listings mention a separate fee charged by the posting team or club for a guest pass, tournament roster fee, or similar (for example, "$20 — covers tournament guest pass"). Any such fee is between you and that team — Guest XI is not involved in, and does not process, collect, or guarantee, those payments.
Don't use the Service to post false or misleading information, harass or misrepresent yourself to another user, collect other users' information for purposes unrelated to a genuine guest-player inquiry, or attempt to circumvent the subscription requirement. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
You're responsible for what you post — listing details, messages, and profile information. By posting, you give us permission to display that content on the Service to other users as intended (e.g., showing your listing on the board, or your message to the person you're messaging).
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that listings are accurate, that any match or placement will occur, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest XI and David Camasca are not liable for any injury, loss, dispute, financial harm, or damages arising from your use of the Service or from any interaction, arrangement, or in-person event connected to a listing or message made through the Service — including guest-player matches, tournaments, or tryouts. You use the Service, and act on any arrangement made through it, at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guest XI and David Camasca from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
